SESSION DETAILS & FORMS

> Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

> Fees are as follows:
  • $125 for a full session
  • $65 for a 30 minute session
  • $65 for a missed or late-cancelled appointment
(a sliding scale may be applied for clients who meet a hardship requirement)

> Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled by calling/texting no later than the evening before the appointment date.  602.999.0725

> Payment may be made by cash, check or card (including HSA/FSA) and is due at the time of appointment.


> Sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays between the hours of 8:30am & 4pm (3:00 is the last appointment opening). These limited hours are due to school & family life.


Presently, Steph Nixon Counseling does not contract with insurance providers.
However, many insurance providers reimburse covered individuals for out-of-network services.
Stephanie is able to provide claims information for this purpose.
